Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping address changes 

  • If you would like to change to address for your order, please contact us by email with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us via store email for further assistance.

Returns and Refunds

If the item arrives damaged or misprinted, customers have 30 days from delivery to report the issue with photos via email punkzsupport@gmail.com we will offer a free replacement or full refund .
